The questions we get most.
Right. The Pro trial starts the moment you create an account, and we don’t ask for a card until you cross 14 days or 1,000 words, whichever comes first. If you don’t want to keep going, do nothing. The trial ends, your settings stay saved on the account in case you come back, and we don’t auto-bill. [verify trial mechanics, specifically the no-auto-bill claim]
We’ll ask once whether you want to upgrade. If you don’t, your Vocabulary, Shortcuts, and Tone Match settings stay saved on the account at no charge, so a future trial starts where the last one left off.
Yes. Cancel from the account settings page or by emailing support@epilude.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No penalty, no exit interview.
Yes, within 14 days of the most recent charge, no questions asked. After that we look at requests case-by-case and bias toward the customer. [verify refund policy with finance]

We’re focused on providing the best possible experience on Mac today. We’ll add support for Windows, iOS, and Android in the future, but we don’t have an exact launch date yet.
