Refund Policy
Last updated on July 7, 2026.
We want you to feel good about trying Epilude. If it turns out not to be the right fit, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your first purchase, counted from the day your subscription started or the day you bought a Pay Once license. After that 30-day window, purchases are final and we can no longer issue a refund.
We review every request individually. To start one, email support@epilude.com with a short note on why you’d like a refund and your receipt or order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
A few specifics
- Subscription renewals are treated separately. A renewal charge on an existing subscription isn’t independently refundable, so if you don’t intend to continue, cancel before your next billing date. You’ll keep access through the period you’ve already paid for.
- Pay Once purchases use the same 30-day window, measured from the purchase date.
- Accounts suspended or closed for violating our Terms or misusing the service aren’t eligible for a refund, except where the law requires one.
